A holistic therapy combining Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Thai Massage, and osteopathic techniques to restore balance and vitality through the wisdom of the Five Elements.
Zenthai Shiatsu Session
What is Zenthai Shiatsu?
Zenthai Shiatsu bodywork is a holistic therapy that combines the principles and techniques of Zen Shiatsu, Traditional Thai Massage, and osteopathic techniques. Developed by Australian bodyworker Gwyn Williams, it's rooted in Eastern philosophies of energy flow (Qi or Prana), structural alignment, and compassionate, intuitive touch.
Sessions take place on a futon mat with clients fully clothed, incorporating assisted stretches, compressions, and fluid movements while working along Traditional Chinese Medicine meridians to clear blockages and restore energetic balance.

Wood
Liver/Gallbladder
Anger โ Creativity
Spring
Fire
Heart/Small Intestine
Joy
Summer
Earth
Spleen/Stomach
Worry โ Stability
Late Summer
Water
Kidney/Bladder
Fear โ Wisdom

๐ซ During a Zenthai Shiatsu session, we work with these meridian pathways to identify and address imbalances, supporting your body's natural capacity to heal and find equilibrium.
