About Your Therapist
I am currently engaged in the Zenthai Shiatsu Therapist training program, having completed the Level One Training in December 2024.
My journey has also been shaped by practice of Zen Body Being, Yoga, Qi Gong, Tai Chi, meditation, body mind integration through expressive movement and psychedelic integration support.
I am devoted to the practices of awareness, being present, and releasing my own tension and attachments to allow the free expression of love for this world and all its beings.
